Tues May 21, 2024: Today on Young and Restless, Victor covers his tracks, Adam and Chelsea put their differences aside and Cole crosses the line.
Monday’s recap: Claire Turns Kyle Down, Audra & Nate Slam Her Door on Tucker When He Interrupts Their Date & Billy Taunts Lily

Chelsea arrives at Adam’s condo. Connor’s requested video call.
While Adam thinks it could be good news, Chelesa’s negative and surprised Adam’s not.
He’s trying to break his negative habit, he says.
They call their son and Connor answers on edge. “No! No! What are you doing? You can’t call now.”
He shuts his laptop and his parents freak out wondering what’s going on.
Adam goes to call his team leader when Connor calls back.
He says they called at 9:13. It was too soon. They try to understand.
There was a number 13 in the time and all the digits add up to 13. They apologize and Chelsea asks to move past this.
Adam asks about classes and therapy.
Connor admits it’s not going well. He beats around the bush and finally admits he’s having thoughts that he never should have been born.
They disagree with him but he says that’s what the OCD thinks.
He wishes he could be normal and not a burden.
They try to reassure him but the call made it worse and he wants to leave.
He disconnects, leaving his parents upset.
Adam calls his worker and talks to them about what happened and then he and Chelsea complain about how the kid is getting worse.
They wonder what an alternative is. They’ve no clues and she talks about unloading problems on Billy.
Adam’s not a fan of Billy but he’s sure he wouldn’t want her feeling the way she does.
Adam tries not to unload on Sally he says.
Chelsea thinks this is the moment they need to reassure each other.
They look at family photos of Connor growing up and reminisce.
They used to be able to keep the monsters away. They snuggle sadly.
Audra and Nate have breakfast at The Athletic Club and she questions his feelings for her.
He admits he has some but Tucker was in the way.
She tells him Tucker’s out of the picture just as he strolls up.
He calls their public morning after breakfast subtle. “Hello Tucker,” Audra snipes.
Ms Abbott watches the exchange from across the room.
Nate tries to get him to settle down. Audra says he’s embarrassing her.
Tucker’s sorry. The waiter comes with strawberries and Tucker asks him to return them and cover them in chocolate and to bill his room.
The waiter goes and Nate gets up.
Audra tells Nate it’s fine.
Nothing can hurt the glorious night she had.
Tucker didn’t think their relationship was over.
He thinks it’s why she didn’t accept his marriage proposal.
Audra snarks that she doesn’t believe in marriage.
It has nothing to do with this. Tucker accuses her of not being in this 100%.
They argue and he feels rejected. She gets up and asks what about what she wants?
He rolls his eyes upwards and Nate asks if they can go.
Tucker tells her she’ll have nothing to do with Glissade after this as she and Nate stomp off, leaving Ms Abbott to approach Tucker.
“You want to come with me?” She asks.
Ms Abbott and Tuckeer head to Neil’s Lounge but he doesn’t want to talk.
She thinks they’re similar that they look for people to fix everything for them and when they don’t their worlds fall apart.
It’s stupid since they’re so strong.
Inside Ms Abbott’s head, Belle says, “Oh no! Are you going to kill Tucker right now?”
Ms Abbott wants an Old Fashioned but there’s only wine so she gets some and a few glasses.
Tucker calls it early in the day and she calls him a Puritan.
“Loosen up,” she says. He asks if it’s poisoned and she laughs.
She tells him she’s sad he’s heartbroken that Audra did a number on him, especially since he probably thought he had the upper hand.
Belle babbles that Ms Abbott should think really hard about what she’s going to do.
Ms Abbott drinks and ignores a text from Traci and from Alan.
Tucker heard her psychologist friend was sticking around and she lies and says he’s gone.
Alan gave her a clean bill of heath in fact.
Belle, in her mind, tells her she’s a good liar.
Ms Abbott lies that Alan wanted something romantic from her.
Tucker begins to laugh uproariously and she tells him she believes in him and wants what they had back.
He doesn’t want to go there but Ms Abbott thinks he has feelings for her.
It’s why he is always trying to save her.
She thinks he needs to let go of Audra.
She’s his perfect partner and wants to show him how much she loves him.
Tucker says she’s hot and cold with him. Why?
She lies that she’s tied in knots over him.
At the Newman ranch, Victor shows Cole he has Brussels Sprouts for the horses.
Cole calls it fancy…for horses. “Times have changed,” Victor lies.
Cole offers to help him feed but Victor turns him down.
Cole sits down and tells his ex-father-in-law that he knows he’s hiding something.
Victor’s offended that he invited him into his home and gave him the run of the place.
Cole appreciates it but still wants to know where he keeps disappearing to. Victor again calls him a guest in his home.
“Don’t you question me.” Cole says his kid is living there and he needs to know she’s safe.
Victor eats a sprout and says he wants that too.
This makes Cole even more suspicious. He takes off.

Nate follows Audra to Chancellor Park.
He’s surprised she let Tucker think they slept together.
She laughs it off. “Details.”
He chuckles and Audra thinks her ex deserved that.
Besides, she had a wonderful night with Nate, talking.
So did he and he’s not angry that she lied to Tucker.
He’s a bully and an egomaniac.
Audra is concerned Nate’s a target but he couldn’t care less.
Audra says she plans to stay one step ahead of the man and feels dumb for being with a man like him.
Nate says they’ve all been there.
They discuss her options since Glissade is off the table.
They talk about getting her back at Chancellor-Winters but neither want that.
Audra does say that she feels like this break up is different from the last ones.
She thinks it’s clearly time to finally move on. Nate’s there for her.
She calls him a great friend though she hasn’t listened to him. He believes it’s a new day.
Victor moves through the secret passage on his way down the stairs to Jordan’s cell.
He brought her new Brussell’s Sprouts and can see she hasn’t eaten the last ones.
She begs for something else but he yells that he’ll decide when she eats and what.
She guzzles some vodka and he chides her for drinking “at this hour.”
She laughs since she has no idea what time it is.
She asks how long she’s been there and he says not nearly long enough to pay for what she did.
Jordan offers to do the special assignment he wants her to do.
She begs him to let her.
She’ll do anything. Victor wonders if that’s how his wife begged to her before she forced alcohol in her veins.
Jordan offers to apologize. He loves hearing it and eats a Brussell’s Sprout.
She grimaces and Vic isn’t moved.
He wants her to grovel.
He takes the sprouts with him and she calls after how sorry she is.
Victor heads upstairs and Cole watches him walk through the secret passage.
Once Victor’s gone, Cole feels his way through the panel and heads downstairs.
Jordan’s asleep when Cole is shocked to find her on her bed in the dungeon.
