I’ve been a customer for probably 10 years plus and I finally caved and switched to an unlimited plan and gave up my 12 Gig plan and it’s been like 8 months and I CONSISTENTLY have like 4 or 5 LTE with Go Unlimited.   @Scarter947 @JMorbit The asp is 650 at verizon and 499 with a two year contract. Historically carriers pass on the cost of the device to the customer or take a small percentage of hardware sale. This will come down over time so 325 is low for at least the few years

  @VerizonSupport I have had this issue last 3 years. Just during Washington capital hockey games. I am tired of this. Last season it wasn’t bad due to COVID but 2018 and 2019 I had to get techs to see my feed. I can’t even watch on my phone. It’s broken signal. WTF?
